How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries, prepare quotes, and scope proposed work;
• Deliver, support, and maintain the software and services you engage us for;
• Communicate with you about your project, billing, and service updates;
• Send SMS/text messages you have opted in to receive (see the SMS section below);
• Improve our services and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

SMS / Text Messaging & Mobile Information

The phone numbers we collect and the consent you provide to receive text messages will not be shared with third-party providers.

How we obtain consent

We collect consent to send text messages in two ways only:

• Website consent. You provide your phone number and check the SMS consent box on our Request a Quote or Contact form. The date, time, and exact wording you agreed to are recorded.
• Verbal consent. You give us permission over the phone or in person during a conversation about your project. We record that the consent was given, by whom, and when.

We do not purchase phone numbers, and we do not accept consent collected by anyone else. Consent given to Alkasid Inc. is never transferred to another business.

What we send

If you opt in to receive text messages from Alkasid Inc., we may send you messages related to your quote request, project updates, scheduling, support notifications, and account matters. We do not send unrelated marketing on behalf of other companies.

Frequency, cost, and opting out

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can get help by replying HELP. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of engaging our services.

How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share your personal data, including phone numbers and SMS consent, with third parties, affiliates, or partners for their marketing, promotional, or lead-generation purposes.

We may share limited information only with trusted service providers who help us operate our business — for example hosting, email delivery, and messaging infrastructure — and only as needed to provide our services to you, or when required by law.

Client Project Data

When we build or maintain a system for you, we may have access to data held inside that system, including data about your own customers. We treat that data as yours. We access it only as needed to deliver the work, we do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not disclose it to anyone else. Where a project calls for it, we are glad to sign a separate confidentiality or data processing agreement.

We also do not publish client names, live URLs, or system screenshots in our portfolio without written permission.

Cookies & Analytics

This website uses only the cookies necessary for it to function. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and describe what is collected. We do not use advertising trackers or sell browsing data.

Data Security & Retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal requirements. Records of SMS consent are retained for as long as we may need to demonstrate that consent was given, and for a reasonable period after it is withdrawn.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing or SMS communications at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes affecting how we handle your information will be communicated directly where practical.
